What are event coordinators?
The role of an event coordinator (EC) is to help manage and organize the practices for the event that they are the EC for, through planning and organizing activities for that event. This may include dividing up the content in an event for separate members to teach, or finding resources for their event for all members to access. While an EC should not necessarily be a teacher, they should help keep practices for their event running smoothly and support each member in their event, should they run into difficulties, as well as provide resources and basic knowledge of that event to guide newcomers and freshman in this potentially confusing and challenging topic, helping them form a foundation to build off of in their own studies
